Ehsaas 2047, Feature Documentary

About the project

My first feature-length documentary, Ehsaas 2047, is a 75-minute exploration of one of Pakistan’s most ambitious social protection programmes. It follows both the people receiving support and the administrative work behind delivering it.

The production spanned 10 months, with teams coordinating across Edinburgh, New York, and Pakistan, alongside government counterparts. Travelling to communities across the country, we worked to connect the programme’s national scale with the individual lives at the centre of its purpose.
