About the project

JUJJI was our first feature film and one of our most ambitious undertakings. Directed and produced by Habib Shahzad of BHM Films, in collaboration with YUGEN Studios, it brought together a team taking a significant step into independent filmmaking.

I served as associate director and editor, working through eight consecutive shoot days and a 15-day edit. The film was later acquired by US distributor Buffalo 8 and released on Amazon Prime, taking a locally produced story to an international audience.
